Olga Tsokova | CA Chief Financial Officer

Olga Tsokova joined SMBC MANUBANK in September 2023 as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she serves on the Management Committee and is responsible for creating and maintaining a strategic framework for Finance including funding, investments, cash flows, profitability, and financial position. Olga manages all aspects of operational performance and provides guidance to leaders within Finance across Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, accounting, and reporting to ensure these functions align with current business needs and are positioned to address future business and reporting requirements.

Prior to joining SMBC MANUBANK, Olga served as Executive Vice President, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at First Republic Bank (currently part of JP Morgan Chase). She oversaw the bank’s financial operations with direct supervision of accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, accounting policy, tax, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, management analytics, and ESG. Olga’s other roles within the organization included Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (Acting) and Chief Accounting Officer, as well as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer.

Previously, she held senior and executive finance and accounting positions at City National Bank and Ernst & Young.

Olga earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and audit from Moscow Finance Academy, International Economic Relations, and completed Harvard Business School’s General Management Program. She is involved with the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and serves on the Foshay Finance Academy Advisory Board.
