WHAT IS PHISHING?

Phishing is an attempt to trick you into revealing system credentials, financial information, or other sensitive data.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO PROTECT YOUR EMAIL?

• Emails Deserve a Hard Look: Be on Alert! Be suspicious if you've never done business with the person who sent the email.
• Public Email Services: Legitimate businesses will never use a free public email domain to conduct business.
• Persuasion: If you are being threatened, promised money, or receive an urgent request, use extreme caution.
• Personal Information: Do not provide sensitive or personal information over email.
